
Chris Cervellera Elected Vice President & President-Elect of the Marion County Bar Association
Attorney Christopher S. Cervellera of CERV LAW, PLLC has been elected Vice President & President-Elect of the Marion County Bar Association (MCBA). Chris joins other MCBA 2026-2027 officers:
- President: Shawn Clark, Hightower & Hightower, P.A.
- Treasurer: Kevin Steiniger, Assistant State Attorney, Fifth Judicial Circuit
- Secretary: Shelby Horn, Meldon Law
The Marion County Bar Association is a professional organization representing more than 130 local attorneys and judges and is dedicated to promoting professionalism, collegiality, and excellence within Marion County’s legal community. Through educational programming, networking opportunities, and collaboration with the local judiciary, the Association plays an important role in supporting attorneys and the administration of justice throughout the region.
“As someone who was born and raised in Ocala, it is truly an honor to serve the legal community that has been such an important part of my life,” said Cervellera. “I look forward to working alongside the Association’s outstanding officers, board members, and volunteers to continue strengthening our profession and serving the attorneys and citizens of Marion County.”
Chris is a lifelong Marion County resident and the founder of CERV LAW, PLLC. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, civil litigation, contracts, real estate, employment law, intellectual property, and estate planning. While based in Ocala, his practice regularly serves clients throughout Florida and works with businesses and professionals across the United States and internationally.
In addition to his legal practice, Chris serves on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Committee and remains active in several local civic and professional organizations.
